The staff was very helpful and friendly. The ease of access to the main roads and the closeness of the city. The room was very restful and the river view was beautiful.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, from the lobby to the downstairs area. The location was convenient, with the airport close enough to walk to and a shuttle service provided. The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, setting me up for the day ahead. this hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The location is excellent for those arriving at Fairbanks Airport, only a 2 minute drive. The facilities and breakfast at the Lodge are excellent and the staff were super friendly and efficient.

Very clean. The room was comfortable. There were no issues checking in even though I made reservations on line. The staff immediately recognized that I was a state employee and tax exempt, which was very nice as soo many times, at other places, this error has required corrections. Very convenient near airport.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Pike's Waterfront Lodge. The location was great, with a free shuttle service to nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and even though we were near the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. The continental breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and approachable, and they even notified us when the Aurora Borealis was visible from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nice location, near my activities.

This was our first trip to Fairbanks. The purpose of our trip was to greet our son as he returned from Afghanistan deployment. The hotel is friendly and close to the airport. We did not hear any planes. There is a free breakfast and ice cream bar in the evening. (we did not use either, but I saw a waffle machine - always a plus!) They offered us a military rate as soon as they saw my son - which was great since we added a room on the day he arrived as his apartment was not quite ready to be moved into and we wanted him to sleep soundly his first night back without being surrounded by moving boxes. We did not spend much time in the hotel, but it seemed above the quality of the other hotels as we drove around town. Our room faced the river - nice view to wake up to!

my recent stay at a lodge in Fairbanks exceeded my expectations. The shuttle to town was convenient and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The highlight was the jacuzzi bathtub in the room, which was a rare treat for us. We will definitely consider staying here again for future special occasions.

Very unique decor and furnishings; kind of a funky-rustic. Within 15 minute walk to the Riverboat tour.

The first day, the coffee urn by the front desk required $1/cup. I had never seen a quality lodge charge guests for coffee.

The lodge has beautiful artwork and interesting items. The room was comfortable and the free breakfast had delicious options. The aurora viewing room was helpful for quick glimpses. The location near the airport was convenient and the shuttle service was prompt. The evening ice cream was a delightful treat.

I had a wonderful time staying at this waterfront hotel. The lobby and lounge areas were filled with interesting artwork and artifacts, creating a unique and historical atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with a 24-hour shuttle service available. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the desk clerks to the shuttle drivers. I loved the close proximity to the Chena River, and the grounds had plenty of seating areas for socializing or finding a quiet spot. the hotel had a great atmosphere and a fantastic location.
